Request a proposal

Six questions, two minutes. You get a scoped, fixed-fee proposal — not a brochure and not a discovery call you have to sit through first.

Why we ask these six things

A proposal is only useful if it is specific, and specificity needs facts. These are the six that actually change the answer:

Whether the company exists yet decides whether this is a formation project or a handover, which are completely different pieces of work.

Where the parent is registered determines the treaty position, the documents you will need apostilled, and whether your group reporting deadline is realistic.

Expected headcount drives the payroll work and tells us which employment incentives are worth pursuing.

Sector determines whether special rules apply — construction spanning years, financial services at the higher corporate rate, technopark and R&D exemptions, or regulated licensing.

Reporting standard decides whether this is statutory bookkeeping or statutory bookkeeping plus a monthly IFRS or US-GAAP conversion.

When you want to start tells us whether we can meet it, which we would rather say now than later.

What happens next

  1. You send the form below.
  2. We read it and come back within one working day — either with the proposal or with the two or three questions we need answered first.
  3. You get a fixed monthly fee, with a written list of what is included and what is not, plus one-off fees for formation or transition work where they apply.
  4. If you want to talk it through, we book twenty minutes. If you do not, you do not have to.

No obligation, and no follow-up sequence. If you decide against it, tell us and we will stop.

Request a proposal

Optional. Deadlines, group requirements, a problem you have already run into.

We reply within one working day. We do not add you to a mailing list.
