Why this is not just a mailbox
Every Turkish company must have a registered address recorded at the trade registry and the tax office. Shortly after incorporation, a tax officer visits that address in person to prepare a determination report. If the address is a mailbox service with nobody there and no evidence of the business, the inspection fails — and a failed inspection delays your tax registration, which delays your e-invoice activation, which delays your first invoice.
Banks apply the same logic when they verify the registered office during account opening.
Our address service exists to pass both checks.
What is included
- A registered office address in Ankara or Istanbul recorded at the trade registry and tax office
- A tenancy agreement in your company's name, in the form the registry and tax office expect
- Receipt and handling of official correspondence, including tax office and SGK notifications
- Presence at the address for the tax office determination inspection
- Support during the bank's address verification
- Meeting space when you need to receive visitors
- Temporary or permanent terms — many clients use it for the first year and move to their own lease afterwards
Who uses it
Companies in their first months in Türkiye, before a lease is signed. Liaison offices and branches that will never need their own premises. Groups whose Turkish activity is a small sales or support function and does not justify an office. And companies that have a warehouse or plant somewhere inconvenient and want their registered address in the city.
