Tax return filing

VAT, withholding, stamp duty, provisional and annual corporate tax — prepared, reviewed, signed and filed on time. You get the payment amount before it is due, not after.

The filings, and who they are for

Turkish tax compliance is a monthly rhythm, not an annual event. Penalties are for lateness far more often than for being wrong, which means the discipline of the calendar matters more than cleverness.

  • Preparation and signing of monthly, quarterly and annual tax declarations
  • VAT return — monthly
  • Withholding and social security premium return — payroll taxes and SGK declared together on a single return
  • Stamp duty return
  • Provisional (advance) corporate tax return — four periods a year again since the 2025 tax period, after the fourth period was reinstated
  • Annual corporate tax return
  • Preparation and signing of the monthly BA-BS forms
  • Review of all journal entries before the returns are built from them
  • Review of the returns themselves before filing
  • Notification of changes in tax law and regulation as they affect your company
  • General accounting and tax consultancy

What "no surprises" means in practice

Two habits make the difference for a foreign-owned company.

The cash number arrives early. You are told what the payment will be with enough notice to fund it, rather than on the day. For a company whose funding comes from abroad, that lead time is the whole game.

The return is reviewed against the ledger, not just prepared from it. Most Turkish tax problems that surface years later were visible in the reconciliation at the time — an unexplained VAT carry-forward, a withholding base that does not tie to payroll, a stamp duty exposure nobody calculated on a contract signed abroad.

Tax consultancy alongside the filings

Filing is the floor. The questions that actually move money — whether a payment abroad triggers withholding, whether your export income qualifies for the reduced corporate rate, whether an incentive certificate is worth pursuing, how a treaty applies to your parent — get answered as they come up, by the same team that files the returns.

Where a matter needs a sworn financial advisor's certification (YMM), we tell you and coordinate it.
